Rent or buy in Kathmandu / Pokhara. Down jackets and sleeping bags are cheap to hire and easy to find at the trailhead — no need to fly with bulky kit. Tell Rabi what you have and we'll fill the gaps and sort a duffel for your porter. Unsure about anything on this list? Just ask when you book.
